$20 Bill – Genuine or Counterfeit?

Brian was visiting a church where he was preaching, and someone gave him this $20 bill as a part of his love offering and as a thank you for his efforts. He sent me the following video and some pictures to see if we thought it was real or not. It looked real to us, so I told him to check the security strip which he said was there. He was still going to take it to the local bank for verification as American money is so rare there that if it’s not real you will easily get caught and the penalties in Uganda can be very steep!!!
