Cassava and Coffee!!!

After a few growing seasons planting corn and not having much rain Brian had to diversify our crops. He planted some different crops including some cassava (a root like vegetable) and a few coffee plants that have grown into nice size bushes as they can grow almost year-round since he’s close to the equator. It’s not really harvest time yet but so far, they seem to be doing well!!!
