Cassava with Corn / Maize!!!

We have found out that cassava is a great crop to plant right alongside corn in the fields of Uganda. It is a carbohydrate rich tuber that can provides abundant energy when needed and grows well in the tropics. Once the roots are dried and ground into powder it is where we in the U.S. get tapioca. |
