Brian is still collecting eggs before we move on to the next step which is getting a hen to become "broody". Meaning that they are "inclined to incubate eggs". You can't force a chicken to go broody and the gene has all but been bred out of chickens with the advent of incubators. In the wilds of Uganda, though, Brian will have to be resourceful in order to get one of the hens to quit laying eggs and become broody!!!
