We would like to report that the little boy we took in at the orphanage is doing well. His school report card is good as is he. I always thought his name was Tony but on the report card you can see it is spelled Tonny. I did some research and discovered that in Uganda you can change a child’s name and spelling at will and it’s not registered with the government until a school submits your information when you graduate from upper secondary school!!! This is usually after six years of formal education and there’s no telling what age they might be when this is accomplished!!!
