Netball Lesson!!!

Even though it kind of looks like basketball the rules are completely different.

Netball rules include:

• No contact: Players can't touch each other or the ball when it's being held by another player 

• No dribbling: Players can't dribble, bounce, or run with the ball 

• No stepping: Players can only pivot while holding the ball 

• Three-second rule: Players can't hold the ball for more than three seconds
