Instead of parties and fireworks this is what New Year's looked like in Uganda for my friend and the community he serves. He led a powerful “crossover prayer service”, ushering in the new year with faith and hope. It's a powerful reminder of the different realities around the world and the importance of supporting those who are making a difference.
