Old Homeless Site at River

I visited an area at our local river that used to be home to many of the homeless in our city. As the area has developed and more people use the river for recreation the homeless get pushed out. The City Police used to look the other way but now actively enforce the law which has led to less and less areas for these people to go. I'm not judging or saying what is right or wrong - just that it's something we need to be aware of.
