Brian harvested and husked the corn by hand from our land in Uganda a few weeks ago where it has been drying. Now is the time to actually shuck the corn to get it ready to go to get ground into corn flour for everyday use. We will have enough for one of our families for a few months and the rest will go to elderly widows who need help!!!
