Tony - Rash on Head!!!

We have dealt with this in the past and it went away by applying a topical ointment. It is back and worse this time. We are thinking that it is the outward manifestation of an inner issue but the medical treatment doesn’t really know and there aren’t enough legitimate doctors to get an accurate diagnosis.
