We had to pay 22,000 UGX for Sylvia's family to try and get a satellite signal for the TV to work. As one of the only households in the village with electricity and satellite access it is important for everyone. In the U.S. we want kids to get out from in front of the TV but in some places it keeps children out of trouble!!!
